How are membership fees billed?
By enrolling in a membership with The Apex Gentleman, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual), in accordance with your membership selection. Charges are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your membership in accordance with these terms.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes cases of partial billing periods, unused services, or failure to utilize membership benefits. The fee ensures ongoing access to clinical services, care coordination, administrative support, and reserved provider availability, all of which are made available to you immediately upon enrollment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice through your patient portal, by email, or by contacting our office. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not result in a refund of any fees already billed. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Which pharmacies are used for prescriptions?
The Apex Gentleman partners with licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, including Belmar Pharmacy and Pure Pharmacy, to dispense certain prescribed medications when clinically appropriate. These pharmacies specialize in preparing customized medications pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider to meet individual patient needs.
Who handles the manufacturing and shipping of medications?
Belmar Pharmacy and Pure Pharmacy operate independently from The Apex Gentleman and are solely responsible for the compounding, dispensing, and shipment of prescribed medications. The Apex Gentleman does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications directly. All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of a licensed medical provider following an appropriate clinical evaluation.
